This course focuses on Universal Design for Learning (UDL) and inclusive teaching practices within the Australian VET sector. Participants will explore practical strategies to support diverse learner cohorts, improve accessibility, strengthen learner engagement, and create psychologically safe and inclusive learning environments.

The course includes:

  • UDL principles
  • Neurodiversity and dyslexia awareness
  • Inclusive teaching and assessment strategies
  • Trauma-informed practice
  • Cultural safety and learner inclusion
  • Reasonable adjustment and accessibility practices

The course is aligned to the Standards for RTOs 2025, with focus on Quality Area 1 and Quality Area 2.
