Revised Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2025 -(Outcome Standards)

Course Information:

This course is the first in a dedicated series of short courses designed to support the VET sector in transitioning to the Revised Standards for RTOs in 2025. As the sector adopts a more outcomes-focused regulatory framework, it is imperative that all professionals from leadership to frontline staff develop a shared understanding of the Outcome Standards, Credential Policy and Compliance Requirements along with their practical application.

The course introduces the key components of the Revised Standards for Registered Training Organisations, Outcome Standards, framework. Participants will develop a good understanding of the Outcome Standards in order for them to align their organisation’s systems and practices with the new regulatory requirements and build confidence in preparation for compliance monitoring and audits.

• Identify key changes from the Standards for RTOs 2015 to 2025.
• Interpret the Quality Areas and their associated Outcome Statements.
• Align internal practices with outcomes-focused compliance requirements.
• Prepare documentation and evidence aligned to regulatory expectations.
• Build a continuous improvement culture through outcome-focused strategies
