As the sector adopts a more outcomes-focused regulatory framework, it is imperative that all professionals from leadership to frontline staff develop a shared understanding of the Outcome Standards, Credential Policy and Compliance Requirements along with their practical application.
The course introduces the key components of the Revised Standards for Registered Training Organisations, Outcome Standards, framework. Participants will develop a good understanding of the Outcome Standards in order for them to align their organisation’s systems and practices with the new regulatory requirements and build confidence in preparation for compliance monitoring and audits.
