The course explores neurodiversity, dyslexia, accessible learning practices, inclusive communication, reasonable adjustments, and psychological safety in learning environments. Participants will gain practical insights into creating inclusive, respectful, and learner-centred training and assessment practices while maintaining compliance and assessment integrity.
