About ECEC Quality Areas (5-7)

This program is specially designed for Early Childhood Education and Care workforce with an objective to build on and assess current competencies in National Quality Standard (NQS) Quality Areas 5-7 listed below :

• Relationships With Children (Quality Area 5)
• Collaborative Partnerships With Families And Communities (Quality Area 6)
• Governance and Leadership (Quality Area 7)

The NQS includes 7 quality areas that are important outcomes for children. Refer to ECEC Quality Areas (1-4) Skill Set course for the first four.

This is a non-accredited career development program written by Industry practitioners in consultation with Employers.

Who is it for ?

Highly recommended for

• Students enrolled in Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Childcare workers

Note: Face to face workshops are conducted by Industry experts and are subject to minimum 10 confirmed attendees.

Course Duration

Typically, a learner should take anywhere between 4-6 hours to complete this course online; however, the duration may vary based on prior skills and knowledge.

Certification

You must successfully complete all the three courses to receive ‘Certificate of Completion’ which will be automatically emailed to your registered email ID.

You can also access and print your certificates from your CIC Academy account ‘dashboard’.

Get Started

• Click on ‘take this course’ tab to add this Skill Set in your Cart and checkout.
• Commence the course through your dashboard and go through the Learner Guide of the first course.
• Attempt the competency assessments once you have gone through the Learner Guide.
• Repeat the process (2 & 3) for the second & third course.
• Upon successful completion of all the three courses you will receive your Certificates of Completion. Your Certificates will be saved in your CIC Academy dashboard ready to download and print.
• Complete a short ‘Feedback Survey form’ once you have completed your course to let us know about your learning experience.
