• Careers In Care Academy (CIC Academy) offers professional development and competency assessment quizzes that are written by Subject Matter Experts. Careers In Care does not offer Nationally Recognized Training as it is not a Registered Training Organization.
• Careers In Care Consultants (CIC Consultants) offers client-focussed compliance, risk management and governance consultancy services to address operational and strategic risks. CIC Consultants works with businesses to identify specific business needs and work with them to devise strategic innovative solutions.
• Careers In Care Connect (CIC Connect) offers work integrated learning opportunities to job seekers and help small businesses develop a professional network to consult with in relation to quality of their products and services.
• Careers In Care CheckMate (CIC CheckMate) is an artificial intelligence tool that businesses with features to scan documents to find out gaps and inconsistencies when compared to standard regulatory requirements.

For example, we may need to collect such information to provide you with further services or to answer or forward any requests or enquiries. Careers In Care reserves right to amend, delete, rewrite any content on the website or modify assessment process and courses at its discretion without any prior notice.

Careers In Care recommends an authentication check before quoting any section or statement from Careers in Care website for employment or career development purposes.

Fees and Refunds

Careers In Care reserves right to modify fee of products and services offered via websites without any prior notice whenever deemed necessary.

Careers In Care utilises safe and secure PayPal payment gateway as a reliable, safe and easy online payment system. Any errors encountered in our payment gateway must be reported directly in writing to the administrator (info@careersincare.com.au). We do not, however, guarantee functionality of any vendor system.

Complaints & Appeals

If you are not satisfied with any product or service offered by Careers In Care, please write to info@careersincare.com.au within 10 working days of availing that service. Please include details of the service you used along with reasons for your complaint.

All written complaints and appeals received by Careers In Care on info@careersincare.com.au will be acted upon promptly and complainant will be informed about the outcome within 30 working days.

If the reasons for complaint are justified, complainant will be refunded product or service fee, whatever is applicable and reasonably justified; however, Careers In Care reserves the right to make the final decision on every complaint received.

Disputes, if any, will be managed as per Australian Consumer Laws.

Marketing and Advertising

By accepting these terms and conditions you are giving a consent to receive newsletters, emails and promotional content from Careers In Care. In case you do not wish to receive promotional information please let us know. Write to us at info@careersincare.com.au with subject “DO NOT SEND PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL” and we shall take you off our list.
